Check the urgency
A large uncontrolled leak, ceiling collapse risk or an electrical hazard needs urgent appropriate help. Mr Suites does not advertise a 24-hour emergency response.
Describe the job when enquiring
Include your location, what is leaking, whether you have isolated the water and whether there is visible damage.
